At Roes Africa, we’re passionate about delivering our products quickly and reliably. Below are our shipping terms:
Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping will be quoted separately per order. We will communicate shipping options to you once we receive your order.

International Shipping: We only ship domestically within South Africa.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our Pretoria warehouse, excluding weekends and public holidays.

South Africa Only:

Gauteng: 2-3 business days.

Other provinces: 5-7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all nine provinces in South Africa.

International shipping is not available.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or restricted areas due to courier limitations.

Note: All products are non-hazardous.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package via our courier’s website.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order is lost, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@roes-africa.co.za.

We’ll work with our couriers to resolve issues or provide a replacement or refund, per our discretion, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

Please inspect your solar kits or lighting products upon receipt and report any issues promptly.

Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Protection Act, you may return products within 7 days for a refund if unused and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.
